I believe the FCHL general meeting scheduled for next week will have some worthwhile speakers and would like to extend an invitation to residents of the Midtown neighborhoods to attend. The Field Club Homeowners League general meeting scheduled for 7 PM on Wednesday, September 13, will have speakers of interest to residents of the Midtown area and all are welcome to attend. Local candidates for office
running in the November election have been invited to give a three minute presentation to the meeting. That will be followed by a presentation and question and answer session by an Environmental Protection Agency representative on the lead abatement program. The meeting will be held at the clubhouse of Field Club of Omaha at 36th and Woolworth Avenue. You may contact Tim Higgins at 344-0162 with questions.
