- Keynote Address by Bob Yapp, a nationally known preservation consultant. With wit and wisdom, Yapp will motivate attendees to make their older neighborhoods a diverse, friendly, rewarding and safe place to live.
- Break-out sessions focused on the unique needs of older property owners.
- Hands-on demonstrations to teach preservation and restoration techniques.
- Exhibitor, bookstore and tool area for attendees to gather ideas, products, contacts and solutions.
Sunday, November 5 Workshops
Metropolitan Community College South Omaha Campus
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Intensive hands-on workshops to learn how to fix common old-home problems.
Tours 1 to 5 p.m. $5
- Tours of renovated homes and businesses in Omaha’s midtown area arranged by Landmarks, Inc.
